Farm Club

The information collected enables us to provide a safe and accessible programme, by making any necessary adjustments for the individual children attending each session.

After the session, this data enables us to record children’s participation in Farm activities and help improve our offer. We might use the data you provide to contribute to youth programme monitoring, but if we do your child’s information will never be identifiable and will be made anonymous if shared with any third parties (e.g. grant funders).

We store this data securely in password-protected files. If you wish to retract your permission for us to store this, please email the Farm Manager your request at manager@staging.surreydocksfarm.org.uk.
